Ella expresses…
Roman was truly one of a kind. He has touched so many lives in 15 short years than many could touch in 100. He's always had the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. There was no chance that you could ever have a bad day with Roman around. He had the most contagious smile I've ever seen and was always cracking a joke. He truly made all of my days better. There are not enough words to explain how extremely blessed I have been to call Roman one of my best friends at such a young age. Even though we only got to spend 4 way too short years together at Holy Rosary from Pre-K to 2nd Grade, he has made such a huge impact on my life. He has taught not only me but everyone else that he's met on how we should be. How we should have a strong relationship with God, how we should be a leader rather than a follower. How we should treat others the way not only we would want to be treated, but how God has taught us to. How we should make everyone feel like they have a purpose in life, and most of all, how to live. How to take advantage of the time we have and seize every day like it's our last, because we never know when we'll be called. Roman truly was an angel on Earth, and I am forever thankful for being blessed to have called him not only a friend, but family. I will forever cherish both the big and little memories we're shared together and continue to try and live each day a little more like Roman.
