Roman was one of the nicest funniest kids I knew. Roman was why I kept on playing basketball because when he was about to quit he kept on going and going.

…He prayed for the people who bullied or picked on him. That took my breath away because I wish I could do that. When I first met Ivy my heart broke for her and her family. Yes not everyone knew him but he left a mark on everyone. I know he did for me. He makes me want to be a better person. I do know that he’d want us to come together at this time because that’s what he did. He brought people together. I wish I could have known him longer.

…a butterfly flew into the church, floated by Romans casket for a second, then proceeded to fly into the sanctuary. It was clear that he was there with us showing us all that we should feel peace with his death, and joy for his new life he has received from Christ.

Roman was truly one of a kind. He has touched so many lives in 15 short years than many could touch in 100. He's always had the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. There was no chance that you could ever have a bad day with Roman around. He had the most contagious smile I've ever seen…

I wasn’t that close with him, but from just seeing photos and videos and all of the stories i have heard about him, it shows that he was just a warm hearted person…

…And most of all he was a family man that’s what matters most. I’m so glad that we’re all at peace and that Roman is in the place that he always strived to make it to.

I did not know Roman personally, but the more Ive learned about him the more I wish I could have known him. His devotion to God and love for people is so inspiring…

Roman impacted my life as a young one. When I first met Roman was during quarantine. I spent time with him and ivy during then. I quickly seen the relationship him and Ivy held first hand. We made tiktoks, shared funny stories, and played Roman’s favorite games on the gaming console. When one game got old, we moved onto the his next favorite. Roman was the little brother you never wanted to stay away. When you hung with Ivy, you were blessed to hang with Roman…

He was a great person…

Thank you for all the good memories and times you have given me, and teaching me how to be a better person. Every time you would tell people about bullying you, I would tell you to atleast push them back or do something. You always said “I am doing something even better, I go home a pray for them”. A foreal angel on earth, and now you are at your real home in heaven. I will always say the 2 hail marrys before i go to sleep like you used to do.
